By booking a class, purchasing a sewing kit, enrolling in a camp, or joining a membership with Make Me Fancy Studios, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.
Spots are limited and secured only after payment is received.
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Classes & Workshops

All bookings are final.

No refunds will be issued for missed sessions.

Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion, subject to availability.
Camps (PA Day & Summer)

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a credit.

No refunds or credits for cancellations made within 7 days of the camp start date.
Events

All event bookings are non-refundable.

Spots may be transferred to another participant if you cannot attend.
4. Membership Terms
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis.

Sessions must be booked in advance.

Unused sessions do not roll over.

Memberships can be canceled at any time; however, no partial refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
Make Me Fancy Studios reserves the right to modify membership offerings at any time.
5. Sewing Kits (Sew at Home)
All sewing kit sales are final.
Due to the nature of the product, returns and refunds are not accepted.
If an item arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
6. Studio Use & Safety
Participants must follow all safety instructions provided.
Make Me Fancy Studios is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow instructions.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
7. Children & Supervision
Children must meet the minimum age requirement for each program.
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring accurate registration information.
Make Me Fancy Studios is not responsible for children outside of scheduled program times.
8. Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a respectful and positive environment.
We reserve the right to remove any participant for disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.
9. Photography & Media
By participating in our programs, you consent to photos and videos being taken for promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing.
10. Liability Waiver
By participating in any class, event, or activity, you acknowledge and accept any risks associated with sewing and the use of equipment.
Make Me Fancy Studios is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation.
11. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel classes, events, or services as needed.
In the event of cancellation by us, a credit or rescheduling option will be provided.
