Pre-Registration Form

This program is ideal for ages 7 and up. Winner of the sewing machine will be announced on October 12th. Pre-registration will secure a 15% off for next year.

An invoice will be sent after reviewing your application with instructions to make your payment via e-transfer. Pre-registrations are not confirmed until payment is received.
